Imperishable Inheritance

After John Calvin passes away, he enters into final judgement where he is met by Christ. Christ then proceeds to tell him, "Hello John, I have good news; and I have bad news. Which one do you want first?"

John, after quite a shock, says, "I guess I'll take the bad news first."

"Well John," Christ proclaims, "I am about to banish you to hell where you will be tormented day in and day out for all eternity."

John is then taken a back (and quite surprised). He then asks Christ, "What then could possibly be the good news?"

Christ then looks at him and says, "Well, it turns out you were right about the whole predestination thing."
